Terms of Service | T.O.S.

Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed. If you wish to hire me for commercial work, please contact me directly to discuss details.

All payments will be made through Stripe (or PayPal) invoice and must be paid in full before I start the commission.

If you request your finished commission to not be posted and be kept private there will be a privacy fee.

I retain all rights to the art I create and may use it for profit. You may not resell the image to third parties or make profit from the commission unless otherwise agreed upon.

You can buy commercial use for your commission at an additional fee depending on the commission/project. Please contact me directly if you wish to use the artwork for commercial use.

You will receive a high resolution digital PNG image of the final artwork upon completion.

I do not work under a strict deadline unless otherwise discussed. A rush fee will apply if you wish for the commission to be completed by a deadline.

Once payment has been received, you will not be able to cancel or demand a refund from the artist if the work has started.

Payment must be made within 7 days unless otherwise discussed. If payment has not been made, I will assume you do not want to commission anymore and therefore cancel the commission.

I have the rights to decline any commission request and/ or cancel a current commission. If cancellation occurs I will refund in full if not started; If significant progress has been made then it would result in a partial refund.

You may not edit or alter the artwork without the artist's consent.

How I work with you

I will always make sure to give you an estimated (soft) delivery time and will only send an invoice after you're ok with the timeframe given.
Once payment is receive, I will work on your commission.
After I finish sketching I will send you a screenshot for approval.
- During this stage you are allowed to suggest some changes to be made. Additional changes after this stage will be charged.
Painting
Once the commission has been completed I will send the client a high resolution image of the final product.

Please keep in mind that I do not work under a strict deadline as I often work on multiple projects in parallel. If you wish to have your commission request fulfilled within a promised timeframe a rush fee will be applied. *

SIDE NOTES

Revisions: You are allowed to make only 2 change during the drafting phase and none afterwards. Additional revisions will be charged.

Factors which will result in additional charges: complexity of design, complexity of background, complexity of props (i.e. detailed accessories and weapons etc.) and NSFW requests.

The chances of me cancelling a commission is slim. However, if cancellation does occur, it would likely due to either me, the artist unable to complete the commission or if the client is being uncooperative.

By commissioning me, it means that you have read and accepted all the terms listed above.
